sorry for the multiple posts...I can't complete a thought today...

the whole "a comet will hit the earth and kill us all" theory is seriously the most overrated played out scenario ever.

Every year or so there's a new predicted doomsday date...every time that date comes and goes they predict another.

Nothing anyone can do about it anyways...might as well stop worrying and start living.
I feel almost certain that none of us will get to experience the end of the world...only the end of our own lives at some point.

chill 🙂

1st off, if this were true, we wouldn't even know about it b/c like in the movie 2012, the government would keep this a secret from us...if not, society would die off way before the space creature hit!

We are consciousness, and consciousness, like matter and energy, is never destroyed, just transformed from one form to another. I like to think of the Holy Trinity as matter, energy, and consciousness.

Could well describe 2012's shift of consciousness... if we survive til then 😛

Simple, we'll wake up further to the fact that everything in the Universe and possibly beyond is connected.

Well, it's pretty evident (if you've studied plate tectonics) that the earth is constantly moving. Eventually, after progressing through a number of heating and cooling cycles we will become a giant star and burn away. That day is not far off in terms of planetary events, but is obviously not as soon as when the Mayans have predicted or that radio show.
