MARS conjunct VENUS...
I have this aspect and I would much rather see justice be served. :/ Venus conjunct Mars down to the very degree in Virgo in the 9th. I hate incompetence and mean people!!

I have V/Sag/25 and Mars/Sag/23. Almost conjunction.
"VERY hesitant to accuse people of wrongdoing, if there would be actual repercussions?" I don't know. I cannot remember. probably it depends. basically I'm at times diplomatic as Cats are and at times impulsive and truth-telling and justice defending as Sags are.
"Are you almost too merciful at times?" with people? or with God? Most of the time I'm nagging. But I can also witch to the merciful mode to cool down.
"If so, also tell us what sign they're in AND your MOON." Moon in Pi/25 square to V and Mars.

I think I'm hesitant because I always think it's not a big deal, it was just a mistake or a one time thing. It's never an issue *once* or that one time. I overlook it. If a pattern emerges then I get pissy and will speak up.
I'm queen of benefit of the doubt. everyone has an off day.

They need to be up to five (some say 8) degrees apart.
For example Venus in Virgo at 28° and Mars in Virgo at 26 degree.
Or Venus/Virgo/28° and Mars/Libra/0°.
