You can use 12am but it won't be accurate. You need your time of birth.

You don't find an exact rising time without a time and place of birth.
I suppose you could guess, go through generic descriptions of each planet in each house and copy paste which ones seem relevant to you, then try to pare that down to a good guesstimate. You might be able to get within 10 degrees or so. That's if you're really confident in how well you know the static aspects of your personality.
I kno my place of birth I just don't know the time is they a way I can?

I have tht it don't have no time on it I even went to the place to get 1 because my mom's misplaced it
I tried looking for it even when I went to the hospital where I was born and they can't tell me I'm like wow really so I ask my parents nd my father said morning but no time moms want kno for some reason she probably lost it or something
