You can use 12am but it won't be accurate. You need your time of birth.

You don't find an exact rising time without a time and place of birth.I suppose you could guess, go through generic descriptions of each planet in each house and copy paste which ones seem relevant to you, then try to pare that down to a good guesstimate. You might be able to get within 10 degrees or so. That's if you're really confident in how well you know the static aspects of your personality.
I kno my place of birth I just don't know the time is they a way I can?

I have tht it don't have no time on it I even went to the place to get 1 because my mom's misplaced it
I tried looking for it even when I went to the hospital where I was born and they can't tell me I'm like wow really so I ask my parents nd my father said morning but no time moms want kno for some reason she probably lost it or something
