Alternate, short interpretation: You enjoy emotional intensity and are attracted to the mysterious, the unknown, and to dangerous or challenging experiences which draw on all of your inner resources. You are able to handle an emotional crisis very well, and you are interested in the deep roots of emotional problems and how to cure them. You insist on bringing feelings between people out into the open, for you want real closeness and intimacy with others, without barriers or secrets.
Alternate Karmic Insight interpretation: You have developed, in prior lives, the use of your focused will and intense concentration upon a desired objective, qualities which are now more or less habits with you. In addition, you are capable of great depths of feeling, and of pouring out your heart and soul with unusual intensity. Your capacity to feel deeply and passionately is one of your strengths, and you are able to move others to emotional depths they might not have experienced otherwise. Because of this, you can exert a tremendous influence upon other people and may consciously or unconsciously manipulate them. Thus, your gift is a double-edged sword. If you use the intensity of your feelings and desires to bend others' wills against their best interests, this can be your downfall. Your emotional fanaticism and passion, however, can also inspire and bring out other peoples' intense feelings of devotion and desire.
You can be an excellent depth psychologist because you understand people at a profound level, their motives, their longings, and hidden reservoirs of emotion. Unblocking and uncovering suppressed feelings to promote a therapeutic catharsis would be one of your tools.
This experience of inner stress is symptomatic of clashing energies; it is not something that you have to endure all your life; it can be adjusted to be more harmonious. One way to begin this reorientation is to learn how to determine the overall direction of your life, to see a broader picture of your immediate social influence and how you want to live in relationship with others. To break down this preoccupation with self and to appreciate and acknowledge the feelings and needs of others as being as valid as your own is essential, and a key to transformation. By becoming clearer as to personal aims, you can begin to apply your will consistently in order to achieve them over time; desires for instant self-gratification are unrealistic. Learn how to live in equality of partnership and relationship; a mutuality of needs, desires and responsibilities requires mutual sharing and co-operation. Avoid tendencies towards domination and power struggles. Basically, you require suitable channels into which to pour your energy, constructive channels that are life-enhancing for you and others. You tend to devote most time and energy in opposing others through conflict and aggression rather than in working together for group benefit; find ways to become positively in favour of something, and then add your energy to help it become real. There is much greater satisfaction and fulfilment in that form of achievement than in struggling to satisfy a very separate self that you try to maintain.
I can definately relate to many of Pluto's main themes, which can vary from holding in various elements from my life for a long time and suddenly letting it dramatically transform myself. I can smell superficialness from a mile away and I dislike it with a passion. When people act fake it really bugs me and I'll make it known to them during conversation. I like having influence over people's lives (mostly good). I've been known to hold long grudges. I think my personality is a little on the intense side in real life, more than I would like it to be. I NEED to be in control of my life and where I am headed, if i'm not then i'll even become underhanded to break away.
