A chart, to my own understanding, won't tell you exactly who you are meant to be with. Most of astrology is better understood as traits and metaphors rather than literal specifics. What it can tell you are trends of attraction that can suit compatibility.

Moon in Sagittarius, 6th H
Mercury in Cancer, 1st H
Venus in Gemini, 12th H
Mars in Virgo, 4th H
Libra on the 5th house cusp with Pluto
Capricorn on the 7th house cusp with Uranus and Neptune

Your moon is indicative of how you respond emotionally. Venus is indicative of how one may express love or their attractions. Having yours on the Gemini/Sagittarius axis shows that you require some amount of detachment from a partner. Not to say that your emotions or feelings towards them aren't passionate as your moon possesses the fire element, but clingy and controlling individuals won't due at all. There is also a need for variety. Someone that can stimulate you intellectually, possibly challenge you in some way and provide changing means of excitement. Venus in the 12th house could show a predisposition towards idealizing the partner or love in general so you should take care not to allow yourself to be taken advantage of in relationships.

Mars is symbolic of the libido and, for hetero females, the male mate she may become attracted to. Mars in Virgo, and in the 4th house, indicates a need for someone that is also grounded in life. A person willing and able to work hard for security, comfort, and is also loyal and dependable with a fair attitude about family and home life.

Your 5th house shows romance. A lover with a creative flair is a plus. Pluto residing here is a sign of someone who loves deeply. Along with 12th house Venus, finding someone that can equally return the ardor of intensity is greatly appreciated if not outright necessary.

Your 7th house is about partnership and marriage. Capricorn on the cusp reiterates the need for someone as hardworking and dependable as you may be. Neptune, again, wants and idealized dream with a white picket fence. And Uranus, similar to the Gemini/Sagittarius action, demands spontaneity and bursts of excitement, but may also flee from a relationship as quickly as Gemini can fly into one once someone fails to measure up to what could end up as impossibly high standards.

You could check your 7th house & venus sign. Also just combine their traits & it should give you an idea of what signs or element you are most attracted to. For me, my descendant sign is im Aquarius & my Venus sign is in Gemini. I always seem to like air signs, especially yhose 2 signs. I guess you can im attracted to the air element. So find out which element you are attracted to

Hmm I have a Cap Descendant and a Gemini venus. I seem to like Earth signs and air, but earth signs tend to get boring and air signs are all over the place. Plus my chart is Cancer dominated. *sigh*
