What does it mean when a sign "rules" a certain part of your body, i.e. Aries ruling the head? Does it mean that body part has distinguished characteristics or what?

thats so true, im a pisces and my feet always hurt. i never get a moments rest from those things. i stub my toes and broke my foot last year and my bones are always hurting in my feet and one foot has the audacity to be smaller than the other one. i wear a 7.5 but one foot is a 7. im like damn it. so if i wear a 7.5 one foot is fine and the other one is slipping and the shoe is rubbing my heel. if i wear a 7, one foot is comfy and the other is choked to death poor thing.
