No. Just a cancer. Maybe he has Leo in his chart? Or Gem? On the other hand, strong cancer sun/aspects are the funniest people I know. Maybe he's just being a cancer.

I knew a Cancer guy born July 18th.
He always had on a happy front.
Get a few drinks in him and his "woe is me" pity party would come pouring out.

He had moon in Sagittarius, that might have something to do with it.

My birthday is 7/17, too. I have Leo Rising and Mercury in Leo, too. I am the "happy-go-lucky" type. I would much rather be happy and laughing than "woe-is-me". Although, I do believe that my Venus in Cancer and Moon in Taurus does calm me down a little, I think the Leo in me makes me more outgoing, and maybe even funny?.?. I can honestly say that the Leo in my chart definetely livens things up, though I must admit, I can be quite dramatic at times.
