I do not have this Venus but my dad, my sister in law and one of my closest guy friends and another guy friend.

The one thing every single one of them has in common is they want their partner to be their very best friend. They like independent, strong minded people, they aren't the most affectionate but they will reciprocate it. My dad is very flirty with my mom, compliments her like crazy and always speaks highly of her to everyone. I have never heard him bad mouth her once.

Anywho... That's my little tidbit!

Sometimes I dont understand myself because I want my man to be clingy to me but only when I feel like it and when he doesnt expect me to be the same.i feel like my nonchalant, standoffish, detached behaviour can come off as "I dont need you" but I actually do and i love it and Im insecure..most of the time, which is why I need you to understand that my friends are important to me (who else would have my back, right?) and that if you dont mesh well with them, thats a red flag for me.

I like my space but rest assured that I do miss when you are not around and Ill let you know of this fact when I come back to find you but do write to me or say hi or hug or touch me from time to time during this moment because it reassures me.

Moreover it takes me time to have and keep you in my heart because I like mysteries, I like to find out why you like me and viceversa. I enjoy figuring out what makes this relationship work. I love it when we learn new things about each other, random facts or anything that makes living more interesting. I also have this irrational fear that youll leave me someday, now that may be a self fulfilling prophecy but Im working hard to show my man now that Im in it for the long run.

with time, I feel that once Im comfortable and trust you enough, I will shed off my shell and let you in. When I fall in love, I fall deep and Ill give you my loyalty, heart and soul. All I ask is for your patience, love and understanding for my need of space, cuddles,learning (about everything inc you but esp about you), friends and honest communication.

As for everything else, we will both learn and enjoy it along the way together!

Venus in Aquarius doesn't need reassurance. We Already have the assurance that you love us, miss us, or whatever, so it's unnecessary and whiney when you have to say it all the time, but I don't mind it too much if its not in excess. I want to trust that me and SO have a mutual understanding of assurance in this way, though.

Not nickname people. Loyal. Hate typical stuff that makes a relationship seem basic or like a routine. We are different and want everyone to know, so it's disappointing when someone wants to be typical like that. How dare you? 😛

Pajamas in public are just weird, too. It makes me feel like I'm in your bedroom sitting on your bed or something. Too personal.

I have this Venus in Aqua ex that I never quite got over.
We still communicate and are friends but I never understood him while I was with him.

Our sun and moon signs are compatible, his asc I don't know cause he don't know his exact birth time.
From the minute I met him I could tell he was gonna be someone of importance to me. I would even call him life changing since my heart chakra opened up to him.

But I couldn't help but notice something was off and I knew it was our communication styles in love.

I am a Venus in Leo and that aloof, detached behaviour don't sit well with me cause I will think you don't care but from reading all of this information here.
I'm realizing that you do care just not overly demonstrative (and you know thats what the Leo Venus wants right) lololsssss.
Even as friends this is vital information for me because in all honesty, he understands me better than I understand him and I think it's only fair to try and get to know him a little better.
Who knows maybe it will strengthen our bond.

Mine is Cancer sun, Taurus moon and asc.
I called him yesterday even though I said i would never speak to him again,after our last argument.

I just got this nagging feeling that he wanted something...That couldn't get him off the brain feeling and whenever this happens(normally i sense his presence strongly)I know he wants to communicate.
So long story short he said he wanted to ask me something and didn't want to call me because of the last argument we had.

I thought it was just"him" with his detached "manners" but as I'm reading I can see that it's not just him.
One thing that you guys stated that kinda jumped out at me is that how they want their lovers to be their best friend.
And how friendship is important to the Venus in Aqua...That is good to know..

Now I'm just trying to guess his ascendant..I was going with Taurus or Cancer because he definately is nuturing and a somewhat homebody.
