I have venus in Gemini but I feel like the descriptions of it don't usually apply to me that much. Maybe because I have a lot of Cancer going on too. Maybe because it's in the 7th house so it's more committed. Maybe because it's conjunct my moon so my relationships and emotions are closely tied together. I'm not sure, but I definately don't think the flirty/flightiness in relationships or one person not being enough applies to me. Whilst I'll admit to finding more than one person attractive at a time, there's a big difference between mild attraction with no depth and the actual people I love and would commit to (and there's only ever been one of them at time). I always know the difference.

Saying that, I have a friend with Venus in Gem who has a list a mile long of everyone she would sleep with if she got the chance

Hmmm, that's an interesting take...

A guy I know is a Cancer with his venus in gemini, and while I haven't encountered a lot of venus in gemini, I wouldn't take him for having that placement. I suppose that's why I'm curious to find iout what this placement is really like. We all hear that having venus in gemini is just asking for trouble... but then again, I used to think all gems were trouble lol.

Gemini is the sign of twins. The sign of doubles. Venus in Gemini is generally comfortable being attracted and/or in love with more than 1 person at once.

Sounds like an awesome quality to me ... to love multiple people, for various reasons seems like a fantastic motto to live by.

I don't think there is anything wrong with loving multiple people. You just have to find the person who is willing to work with that.

Makes me wonder if the guy on Sister Wives has his venus in gemini.

I have my venus in leo, so true to what it says, I like to have the attention on me opposed to me and like two other girls. But, I'd be curious to see how a venus in gemini person works.

Put that Virgo curiosity away, girl. I know what you're up to Mercury-ruled sista lol
Don't go near it with a 10-foot pole. Listen to Gem.

What I learned in psychology is that you should never blatantly tell someone to NOT do something. The person is more likely to do the opposite because you are threatening their freedom to do something. 😉

IE, curiosity may or may not kill the cat. Either way, he's a great friend, so I wouldn't be upset if nothing came out of it. He's making me lunch today because I told him that he owes me, so I get free lunch out of it, lol.

I've been wondering the same thing because lately I've been REALLY attracted to this Taurus male with his Venus in Gemini (which of course makes me hesitant), but I don't know him well enough to know how he is in relationships. I do notice a lot of females tend to stroke his ego a lot, but he seems modest about it. This guy has a lot of different interests and loves meeting new people, so idk. I know of 2 other guys with venus in Gemini and 1 female with venus in Gemini. The female is completely in love with her husband and is faithful and has been for over 10 years. One male I know of is a cancer sun who I was feeling at one point; when we met I felt a connect and he told a friend of mine that he wanted to talk to me and he was really flirtatious and charming and I was actually willing to let my walls down which is something I NEVER do, but then I found out he had a girlfriend...prick. And this other Taurus sun I know has venus in Gemini was a huge wh0re some years back and now he's completely committed to his girl - who is now his fiance.

I have venus in gemini and although I'm quite reserved, once I open up to someone---I tend to talk A LOT! Not only that but, I seem to go after the guys who are not necessarily book smart per se but more of an intellect in a worldly way. In other words he must be able to contribute to the topics I bring up or be able to answer my questions. I like to talk about art, politics, pop culture, social theory, and the list goes on. I thought the description of Venus in Gemini was interesting and explained the side of me that is no where near what a Taurus is. Also, I read somewhere Geminis are quite playful in their relationship. And well, it seems I make everything a game sometimes. For example: If I win this debate, you have to go to this party---if you win, then I will drop it entirely. This playful side lends to more conversations about how the rebuttal is wrong and how mine is more valid blah blah blah.

As for being flighty--- I think my Taurus sun got me handled on that one.

I dated a cancer with venus in gemini. Sucked balls! He was just... ugh... holy crap he sucked.

Yeah, he cheated. Numerous times. Lied incessantly. I even told him in the beginning that if he ever knew he was going to cheat then to break up with me first. I was also scared of contracting diseases. He couldn't even do that much. He was too selfish to let me go first because he wanted to have his cake and eat it too.

Venus Gemini. Hm. Madonna/Whore Complex IMO.. for some of the guys at least.

You know how they say you can't have your cake and eat it. Well this aspect kind of says "After I am done with my cake, I am hitting up the bakery."

In short, they love juggling two things at once. But I don't think this is necessarily true for every Venus in Gemini. I would think there could be other aspects that could possibly balance it out.

Life, is my field. I can show you many studies that have debunked psychology, by well respected psychologists. It's all based on marketing, just like many other so-called sciences and religions. But, hey, if it makes you a decent buck, then go for it. Psychology is a science where they tend to make shit up as they go along. I mean, you can put a label on anything and call it a condition as an example. Define crazy. Define schizophrenia. Define any mental condition, then do the research on how it came about. It's marketing. Sorry, it's true.

The thing is, you only seem to be focusing on one field of psychology, which is abnormal psychology. A lot of theories in psychology is people not being satisfied with a current theory and formulating their own after much research. Psychology is a very broad science, and the only thing that actually makes it a science is the research and experimentation put into it. I mean, I was a biology major until I realized I didn't want to go to med school to become a pathologist. Can you really say medical science is just marketing? But you are entitled to your own opinion, and my interest in studies are revolved around behavior in real or imagined social settings. Psychology is used in many fields, including business, marketing, clinical research, ect. It's not all we sit someone in a seat and ask how they are feeling.

To HeavenlyHera, I'm thinking of concentrating in social psychology, but with more of a focus on deviance and criminology. I want to go into criminal psychology. But I'm also really interested in cognitive psychology as well. How about you?!

Hey Candeh,
Sorry about getting back to you late on this! I am concentrating on Abnormal Psychology. But I am fulfilling my Med School requirements at the same time. I am applying to do a combined Ph.D. and M.D., but even though I am a Psych major, I also am doubling in Philosophy and I've finished my minor in Religious Studies. lol It was so hard for me to make a decision. I was originally just a Bio major. But then I figure, what the hell, I might as well just do what I like but fulfill medical school requirements. I figured the schools I apply to will either think, "Wow this girl is really diverse and different from most medical school applicants." Or the

I have Venus (and sun) in Gemini. I KNOW you can love more than one person at the same time. In the past, I had two serious lovers at once (each knew about the other). You can never find every single thing you want in one person. In that case, both of them together made the one person I wanted. This was all fine until I met and married a man who was NOT into that sort of thing at all (Scorpio!) I made the decision to be faithful to him because that is what makes him happy and what it takes to be with him. I don't think being with another person would be inherently wrong, but it would be wrong for our relationship. I do want to point out that loving various people doesn't make you promiscuous-having indescriminate sex with various people makes you promiscuous. I was always very choosy about relationships.
