What can I do in this situation?

L O L that's a freakin' amazing (and somewhat creepy) way to get someone's number.
Anyway, it's nothing unusual. I'm 19 as well and I'm romancing with a man 20+ my senior. It's no relationship in your typical boyfriend/girlfriend sense, but it's the crazest attraction that I've ever experienced. The age difference between my parents is 24 (dad being older) which is why I easily don't find these things taboo, most likely. Attraction is attraction.
So... you have to be aware that if you call this guy and say "Hey, I'm that chick who borrowed your phone on the train hehe!" he might find it really cute or really creepy. I wouldn't take the chance, make it coincidencial. He might not even remember you. I think you should call. Just sound friendly and approachable and make some excuse to see him, don't give out that you're romantically or sexually interested or how you got his number. He might be married, taken or not open to the idea of seeing younger women, what do you know. Say that you're a student doing a poll on something, eventually start chit-chatting and see where it goes. If you manage to catch his interest and are confident enough, say that you would be oh so thankful if you two could meet up. For the sake of your poll/paper/research, of course. 😏
If you do meet up and he recognizes you, fingers crossed that he doesn't run! 😛 But yeah hopefully he's cool. If any weirdness arises you can always be honest with how you got his number, but still lie about your research. "Oh, I remember you! I honestly had no idea! I just called every number I could possibly find." Something along those lines. Good luck!

Even though I have 19 years old the only men I find attractive are 10-20 years older than me. They inspire me intelligence and seriousness,the only things that make me fall in love. Maybe it's because I remain with my mom when I was 3 years old and always missed the love of a father. 2 days ago I was on the train where I saw a man who was really attractive to me(I think he was almost 40 years, don't know sure). When the train stops and he was out I find a reason to approach him. I went to him and tell him I lost my phone and I please him to give me his phone to take a call.
