What's an astrology Chart and how to read?

Ok, I'm totally interested in astrology but I'm really a noob.
Now I googled for my astrology chart, but I have no clue what it means or how to read it.
Does it make your personality complete?

this is my chart...if anyone can give insight, it's highly appreciated.

Sun = Pisces
Moon = Taurus
Mercure = Pisces
Venus = Aries
Mars = Virgo
Jupiter = Virgo
Saturn = Virgo
Uranus = Scorpio
Neptune = Saggitarius
Pluto = Libra
Lilith = Virgo
NMNode = Leo

Why do I have a lot of Virgo in me? My man is a Virgo, and I really don't see that my personality has a lot of his..hmz

Yes I definitely want to know my rising

I found it, my rising/ascendant is cancer 🙂

Sun = Pisces
Moon = Taurus
Mercure = Pisces
Venus = Aries

And change your Virgo Mars to Taurus instead.. and you've got ...ME! :o

Which means that I know, without a doubt, that you are absolutely confusing and contradictory, and baffle most people.
