and which signs are better when they arent in love?

I think Libras are at their best when they are in love. Everyone knows about it & there is an extra sparkle about them when they're finally happy. As the saying goes, "When Libras are happy, EVERYBODY is happy!" Libras don't seem to fully function all the way unless they're in a relationship and/or atleast have a companion. And if they are functioning w/o either of the 2, it's probably b/c they're in school to be actors/actresses!

Sagg's tend to be their "best" when they're not taken. With certain other signs, there's a certain sadness when they're single & yet a huge amount of energy/happiness when they're taken, BUT yet with Sagg's they look exceedingly happy & like they have love even when they DON'T! You know how it is when someone is in love? They naturally have that extra shine/glow. Well Saggs can have that glow with or without the relationship!
