As I understand it, all other placements are sort of 'filtered' through our Suns.

For ex.

Aquasnoz and I are both Pisces Moons-- but his manifests through his Aqua Sun and will likely be more

universally oriented (Aquarian = collective potential).

Mine will be manifested through my Leo Sun, and will be more personally oriented (Leo = individual potential).

Generally speaking, anyway. 😄

Well then why doesn't alot of people ACT like their sun sign? I know people for example who read something about Leo sun and be like this is so me but meeting that person & getting to know them they are Nothing like that, therefore it's confusing to me. I just believe people Honestly act like their ascendant since it's the first house of self & planets in first house, especially since 5 people born the same day & same year but born hours apart their whole life/personality would be mapped out differently, cause the ascendant changes so rapidly cause if not then alot of people would be really similar, I'm still new to this but that's How I feel, cause I feel cause I have cancer sun & Scorpio rising &.I act like a typical Scorpio & I have no planets in Scorpio even though i have Pluto conjunct as ascendant, but idk just my opinion. I'm still new to this but Yea.

My bad if I seem so analytical /critical it's my Virgo midheaven since the MC is basically you're online persona/reputation

I don't believe that the Sun sign is the most important factor in a natal (for everyone), it's just what most people know about their chart. Including more than Sun signs in your daily newspaper horoscopes would already be too confusing. It's what managed to get mainstream in astrology. It's what sells. By the - the bigger the celestial body the more influence it has - logic, Jupiter would be the second most important factor in a chart. You don't hear anyone saying that.

The Sun does represent your individuality and spirit. And what's your individuality without personality (Rising), emotion and soul (Moon), discipline and responsibility (Saturn) or passion, sexuality, ambition (Mars), etc.? You're right. Houses, aspects, degrees, so much comes into play. Also you're under different dominant influences of your energies during different periods of your lifetime.
