Or more...obviously because time zones are generalised, a whole area can have the same timezone but from one point to the next theres maybe 30 min to an hour difference with the REAL rising point...

Ive noticed, with my saturn transits, as well as slower planets, it's late by a few months to a few years, l should change my time of birth, just for astrology's sake.

@bricklemark you made a good point there. Well had I been born just 2 minutes earlier would have made me a Virgo rising. Also I was born a premmie. I think I didn't actually took my first breath till minutes later possibly hours later. So honestly I don't really know if your ascendant would determine as soon as you come out the womb or as soon as you take your first breath. If it's the latter, then it's possible I could be a Scorpio rising. Who knows.
I'd say breath...l always thought it was...it's a huge deal...babies seem in sooooo much pain when they come out of the womb and start breathing...it seems absolutely horrific. I would think it's the moment you incarnate.

If you want l can check your saturn transits, and you can figure out which houses were more fitting...

Think back to age 7, 14, 21/22 and 29.

Yeah I did an experiment on this matter. Absolutely right. It changes.
