Well crabbies do you guys have addictions to food I keep reading we like to eat so there has to be some truth to it?

I used to be an obese crab I once ate greasy food and drink a lot of pop (soda for you americans) I was under stress from work so I ate. A burger and fries daily was common for me, not McDonalds it was at a family operated restaurant where real meat is used. Drink 3 cans of Coke a day along with eating lots of sugary foods.

Things caught up to me I ended up with health problems from living an unhealthy life style I needed to change things pronto. I started the weaning process to get my self off the sugar addiction I started taking probiotic pills it killed my sugar addiction. Detoxing myself of white poison was the roughest thing. The greasy food came next I started reducing it now I have something greasy like fries once a week. Started drinking nothing but water it helped detoxing my body now its all I drink and I drink lots of it a good 3-4 litres (gallon) a day.

Today I don't crave sugar I don't crave greasy food I have gone from 240 or so down to 200. Gained a lot of muscle back that I lost from having an office job for a decade. They say you don't use it you lose it well its true I was a muscular guy before I became a desk jockey.

My natural waist line went from 50-55 inches down to 40 if I keep pushing forward I should get it down to 38. The pants I wear are 36-32 that won't change my lower body is built like a tank I have big legs my hips seem to be wide. Gained 1.5 inches on my legs and 1 inch on my calves, average guy has 22 inch circumference thighs I'm 25.5, chicken legs I have not. My upper body is the same bigger arms and shoulders regained it all back.

Now that stress is out of my life completely I'm feeling hell of a lot healthier, it's given me an eye opener what stress can do to you it's deadly. Obesity sneaks up on you before you know it you look at yourself in the mirror and its f*ck I'm fat.

Glad to hear you are being more health conscientious.

Some other things that may help,

eliminate milk - switch to almond milk. NO soda, tea, coffee etc. Try green tea and honey, almond milks or water..

No white processed foods like bread, white rice, pasta in huge quantities, and processed snacks. Red meat is borderline bad so you could consume more fish.

Increase: water, protein, yogurts, oats, nuts, fruits and veggies.

Cardio is the best for fat lose. Running, jumo rope, jumping jacks, swimming etc.

Good luck and God speed!
