Cancer speak-help with translation.....

I recently saw Mr. Cancer as I had to attend a gathering near his home which is 2 hours from me. I called and he came a-runnin... We agreed to meet at a place between his home and my family members. I pulled up and he quickly pulled me from the car and I hadn't even turned it off yet, to hug me. I swear he gives the best hugs. He then told me he wanted to take me to see his friends and family, but I told him I had to get back to the party and he was visibly disappointed. We couldn't keep our hands off one another because we hadn't see each other in awhile. It's always hot and heavy when we're together, but this time he was very quiet. As though he was thinking. He wasn't as forthcoming with how he felt. Just seemed very guarded! He stared A LOT and I mean A LOT. Also, he just continued to say "you're so pretty." You're a pretty woman. Now I don't mind compliments, but it was a bit much. I just could not read him at all. So we spent about an hour talking, embracing and the compliments kept coming. I had to leave. He came closer to hug me, but stopped and just looked me in my eyes for a long time. It was intense, unusual, unsettling. Then he hugged unlike any other time. It was sooooo long and tight. There was a message in that hug. Two days went by and I text him just say hello. Well the flood gates opened.

Me: Hello Cxxxxx
Mr. c: Hello, just woke up. You're such a pretty woman. I love to look at you. I could do it for hours. You make me feel so alive when I'm with you. Miss u

What the hell! In person, I didn't see any of these emotions that were revealed 2 days later. He didn't act like I made him feel alive. I don't know. Maybe I'm missing something. He has always been nervous around me. When we first began talking last year, he would ask me why did I choose him when I could have any man I want based on how I looked. Just really weird questions!

Also, before we parted he asked when would he see me again and to not allow so much time to pass between our visits. I agreed I would make time going forward. Sometime I think his interest is wavering because of the distance, but then i get messages from him saying the opposite. We've had correspondence since then. He's sent me pictures and keeps me abreast on family issues, triumphs, etc. When we talk on the phone, he just rambles on endlessly. But he never forgets to say "I want to see you...I really really want to see you." In person he's so different... I'm at a loss...thanks

Sounds more like he seems certain about you ! As a cancer he was taking everything in that moment you left an indelible mark on him ;p . Usually when i'm certain my interest in a person they tend to pour on the complements, as far as not being so forthcoming with his thoughts , he was just admiring you the super tight hugs and hot and heavy interaction should be a dead give away . I think you finally have a crab that is sure about what he wants and thats you 😉 . Good luck it should be quite the experience for the two of you!

Don't know why you feel so amiss about it. His seeming quietness is only because you're listening with your ears. He is obviously basting in the excitement of your presence. His expressing your beauty sounds sincere, if hearing him say so is ever overwhelming to YOU, we can only imagine how HE feels about it.

i know that the cancer guy in my life would rather express his feelings through action than through words...

he'd rather hold me and make me feel safe and loved than just say the words.
