hmmm yeah, I dunno. I don't think I have a stare, I get uncomfortable if there's too much staring going on in a one on one conversation but sometimes I do catch myself staring at people for no particular reason lol. Usually if there's eye contact for more than 5 or 10 seconds I will purposely look away.
