Cancer with Gemini Mix?

Just noticed on a few threads people mentioning this mix.

I am dating a Cancer with Cancer sun /Mercury and Gemini Moon / Venus so it's a chart that's heavily Cancer / Gemini and when I first saw this on his chart six months ago when we met I was confused about how the two would work.

You know...clingy / wants to settle down Cancer mixed with Gemini who doesn't want to be tied down and all that. Now I am into things, I am finding a person who is definitely kind of a conundrum.

Both kind of a loner AND very sociable

Both very clingy AND needing lots of space

Both very chatty AND prone to long silent spells

Both VERY emotional and yet also prone to intellectualising that

I was just wondering how others have seen the domincance of these two signs play out in practice?

I swear, as a Scorpio, I thought I was complicated - but the Cancer seriously makes me feel like I am the easygoing one 🙂

Great comments. It is such a complex personality type! Maybe that is all cancers 🙂

What I LOVE LOVE LOVEabout the gemini part is the childlike enthusiasm and interest in converations. We have such great conversations and he's 44 and will still have a good water gun fight with me

Hmm that sounds like me I'm unsure if I'm a Gemini moon or Taurus because it is close, any how I can be a loner and sociable, I've never really been clingy I do like my space thou, ya I can be chatty I also can be silent, not overly emotional.

It's definitely an interesting mix I think

I am a Cancer sun and ascendant. I have Gemini in my Moon, Mars, and Mercury. And let's not forget that wonderful Pluto influence. And I mean that; I do love the Pluto in me.
