Cancers and Pictures

how well does photos bring back memories? I know you guys like to think about the past a lot, especially if it's something good and positive, but how does pictures of a past love or significant other make you feel? Case in point, I sent pictures of me to my ex-boyfriend, whose a cancer, hoping it would ignite some sort of feelings in him again.. We stopped talking over something really really stupid and he got mad at me, and told me he never wanted to speak to me ever again. It's been really tough, but would seeing my pictures remind him of our good times at all?

After telling me he didnt want to see or hear from me, I waited a month to let him cool down, then I sent him a letter and pictures(really good ones!) of me! I was smart and sent it restricted, which meant he would have to make the effort of going to his post office to get it and sign for it...I wanted to see if he would actually do it, or just leave it there(it wouldve been returned after a while)...but he went and picked it up to my happy surpise!! obviously he was just really curious of what I sent him, or maybe he has a little feelings left for me?? Im really hoping the pictures will do it, or stir a little emotion in him to think about me? what do you guys think?

well they weren't bad pictures..just beauty head shots of me, me with friends, and family, pictures like that...

so I take it as a yes? it would bring back a lot of emotion?

I'm a Cancer, and whenever I see a lot of pictures, I get really worked up, pretty much regardless of what the pictures are of. The instant I see a picture, I remember exactly what was going on during the time that it was taken and a flood of emotions also comes with those memories.

A Cancer looking at a picture of an ex can be pretty complicated... like if I were to look at a picture of one of my ex's I can have several different reactions. I can just reminisce, I can see it as a bittersweet memory or I can also start to over analyze every aspect of what happened in the relationship, including where it went wrong.

I don't know what happened between you two, so I can't really say much. Hope my perspective helps...

Yeah, I just realized that what I left you probably wasn't the best...

When I think about an ex, when I'm looking at their picture... I think about where it went wrong mainly because I try to imagine how things could have worked out better... and when a break up didn't end in conflict, I usually still have feelings for the person.

My cancer told me that she has thrown away all her childhood pics, now what is that supposed to mean? She did have a rough childhood..

i think redsparowe pretty much summed up how us male cancers feel when we look at old photos. when i look at photos of my ex i remember the good times but that doesn't mean i want to contact her..sorry if that isn't what you want to hear but after all she is an ex for a reason. i say you just call or text him and see if he responds if not he will do it on his time if/or when he is ready to contact you. remember we do not like playing games..
