Does it bother any of the other Cancer ladies here that on almost every description for the Cancer sign, it says "they" are modest and not the most uninhibted people... I beg to differ. I am very comfortable with my body, I think I am beautful... every inch of me, and I love making love with the lights on/candles ect, and I love being on the top. I have no hangups whatsoever (when I am with the right person, but then again I don't sleep around). Any responses/thoughts?

The right person is the one who makes us feel comfortable enough to let out that wild side. I think that's what they mean by inhibited...There are some signs that are able to reveal their full sexual selves to whomever they sleep with.

Also, from personal experience...it is hard for me to actually say in words what I like in bed, so that could be what they mean too. Your venus and mars signs have alot to do with your sexuality. What's yours?

The Planet Venus

Venus, the goddess of love, represents female relationships and social interactions at every level. She rules our social attitudes and behaviour, along with our aesthetic tastes and inclinations. Venus, queen of taste and of the arts, represents the principles of harmony, justice and equilibrium.

Venus shows where our values lie and how we set our priorities. She governs our desires. Her placement in the horoscope describes our inclinations with regard to romance, marriage and other partnerships, our capacity for humour and the pursuit of pleasure in all its forms.

From a romantic point of view, Venus in a man's chart shows the kinds of women he desires instinctively, whilst the placement of Venus in a woman's chart indicates the ways in which she is likely to present herself in order to attract the interest of romantic partners.

Now Venus also rules desire in all its forms. The word "venereal" refers to diseases of Venus. So she is strongly focused on sexual interactions, but since she can be rather avaricious, Venus also governs the flow of money and the financial conditions in our lives.

Venus in Virgo

(1)This is a rather difficult placement for Venus, since it indicates that you have some karmic lessons to learn around giving unconditional love and accepting loved ones as they are. The tendency with this placement is to become overly critical and to nit-pick at minor details. The more you learn to serve others selflessly, the quicker you will overcome this tendency.

Because you are so fastidious and pay close attention to detail, you would do well in a career which calls for thoroughness and organization. Your home is likely to be quite orderly, and you will expect others to respect your preference in this regard. You like to dress neatly and strive to make a good impression on those you meet.

You are a very careful and meticulous lover and need surroundings and atmosphere in love and sex that are comfortable. Although you are somewhat slow to arouse sexually, you go out of your way to please your lover. In your lover you appreciate superior technique, sensitivity and attention to detail.

Personal cleanliness is important to you, and you probably enjoy taking showers with your lover. You can be somewhat picky and critical of your partner, although it is sincerely done with the intention of helping them. Sexual tools can be fun for you if you will allow yourself to be so bold and spontaneous.

(2)Having your Venus in Virgo can be a bit complicated: You're bound to be looking for the perfect relationship, but does such a thing even exist? Probably not, but these lovers are certain to give it a try nonetheless. Those with this placement are methodical in the game of love, always analysing each step to check that they're onto a winner. Relating to others is important to them, as is understanding the meaning of life, if this is possible - but if anyone gets it then these people will! A strong sense of what they want and need will keep those with this placement continually questing, at times resulting in self-criticism. While generally self-possessed, those with Virgo in the House of Love are not likely to be the ones initiating romance. This reserve dictates that their prospective mate will have to come a-courting, and with any luck, they'll come loaded with sincere compliments, these are always guaranteed to get results. The best result will be a loyal and dedicated partner. Those with their Venus in Virgo are truest in an understanding relationship which shows promise of growth.

The Planet Mars

Mars, the god of warriors, rules physical energy and efforts. His placement in your chart expresses the strength and direction of the physical force that drives your ego. Mars fires your emotions, but also powers your mental endeavours and communicative skills. The red planet governs energy, strength, courage, life-force and expansion.

Mars, planet of primeval drives, describes male relationships and associations, risk-taking inclinations, and the physical challenges you are likely to encounter. Well-placed, Mars endows powerful energy and an indomitable will to succeed, but when poorly placed can mean accidents, injuries or other forms of violence, according to the inclinations of the sign and house concerned. A force of fertility and reproduction, as well as destruction, Mars shows that sometimes it is necessary to destroy in order to create, to build anew.

From a romantic point of view, Mars in a woman's chart shows the most desired kinds of men, whilst his placement in a man's chart indicates the activities or mode of action undertaken in pursuit of romantic inclinations and desires. Mars is not a conscious force, but a subliminal drive, the urge to reproduce, to bring forth fruit. Though he powers the mental effort, in himself he is instinctive, not intelligent. What is it they say about the military mind...?

Mars in Virgo

(1)Mars in Virgo indicates that you will assert yourself in a self-disciplined, precise, systematic, orderly, calculating, careful, practical, controlled and dignified manner - possessing skills for detailed work, craftsmanship, good organisational ability and a sense of responsibility. Much of your energy will be applied to 'putting your own house in order', health and work matters generally. On occasion, you can be hypercritical and scheming. There is some unease in sex matters; passion and love are not high on your priority list. However, in the right place at the right time you can be quite sensuous. Lovemaking is more biological than passionate.

(2)These productive and busy people are goal-oriented, practical people. Although they can be a little scattered at times, simply because they are doing so many things at any give time, Mars in Virgo natives get things done--quite well! They have a knack for handling a wide variety of tasks at once, and a tendency to take on perhaps too much at the same time.
Most Mars in Virgo natives are not particularly aggressive by nature. Although they can be a little hard-nosed and critical at times, they rarely resort to pushing others around. Still, an annoyed Mars in Virgo native can be difficult to be around! Arouse their anger and they turn into complaining, over-critical nags. Generally, these natives don't make themselves nuisances, so this stage is unlikely to last for very long. It is a sensitive position, however. It doesn't take much to make these people nervous.

Mars in Virgo people are quite protective about their "system" for getting things done. Although rather humble in a general life sense, they can be quite particular about their methods--how they organize and accomplish their goals, mostly with work. Theirs is a nervous energy. Although they have some staying power, they can be restless and are not given to sticking with the same projects for too long.

These natives derive plenty of energy and life force from the things they do--their work, hobbies, and any kind of projects they take on. An idle Mars in Virgo native is a sorry sight, indeed. Fidgety, nervous, worried...all of these things are a sure sign that Mars in Virgo people have either too little to do, or far too much on their plates. There is a perfectionist at the heart of all people with this position. They'll be the first to deny this, but it's there! They worry when they are not producing anything, and they worry about whether what they've produced will measure up.

An earthy and som
