Getting new job and old ones tuggin on the heart..

You work at a place for so long and you piss and moan about how much you hate...
then the moment arrives where you begin the ascencion into a new job and the Cancerian sentimental attachment damn of emotion breaks.

I swear...being so facking emotional is tiring. I cried last night for a while...and I was like okay where is the button to turn it off now. This is just rediculous.

Haven't had a good friend in a while, so the buddies I made at the music shop I work for I hate to let go of.

My gem moon is wondering why so much emotion while my cancer sun is getting all sobby... wtf.

Hey yeah I feel you... I am going to be in the same dilemma in a few months I'm finishing college and will be hopefully working in my field when I graduate. Either way I will have to leave my old job anyway , Its going to suck because Its, I've been there for 5 years . Like you there are a lot of people I work with that are people I'm going to hate saying good bye to.

Yeah...tonight was my last night and I made sure to leave on a good note. Everyone was exceedingly cool, and some told me they would miss me. Sometimes I am amazed at how emotional my body can get...I started on my path in another field that was totally different. I hit this opportunity to start familiarizing myself in the field and jumped at the opportunity to do it. Trying to stay positive but when the feelings came out I felt like I was in a rain of doubt.

I will be happier in the long run regardless if I can keep my focus and try to drill out the positive, but I was there for a while and had a bond that was forged in fire because there was some stress there for sure. I think any time spent along with energy input there is going to be some attachment, granted you are around cool people.

I wonder if this is a time for big changes in a lot of cancer peoples lives because my crab has to change jobs too. The place he works for is closing down most of their shops and because he isn't a permanent worker he's being let off. He's even thinking about leaving the country to find a job!

He hasn't expressed how it feels for him to be going through this though, just that he's stressed out trying to find a new job in time.

I hope you guys transition into the new jobs/stages of life smoothly!

I would say something is in the air. I felt all of these emotions...and for some reason it still feels like I am waiting for reality to set in.
