He Loves Me, I Love Him NotSoMuch

Poor baby, has been on this for so long. One cancer and I have been pretty close the past 2.5 years, we've known each other for nearly 5 years. I've given him the run thru of why him and I cannot make it for the long term, yet he is still on it. We get along amazingly, but he can be a Donnie Downer at times.

He claims that he has the stamina of a horse, I'd like to try him on for size. I can go either way with keeping him or losing him as a friend. Should I give this bad boy a good romping, send him on his way, and hope for the best? I don't want bitter feelings. Hurt is not something that can be avoided here, since he has mention becoming attached if we go there.... even though he's pretty attached as it is and we've not even hugged inappropriately. I just want a test drive with no strings attached, at the same time I don't want him to go hate the world.

-Gently exhales a whisp unto the teetering domino- Sounds like he is annoying with his pursuit and is not aware of what he is asking for...your damned if you do or don't...so if there is a way of killing him softly, indulge and leave him with the best memory he could ask for.
