In general for these, you should read your rising sign. They will say read your sun, rising and moon signs, but you will have to decode how it pertains to you.

For example, she talks about cancers and how they will have to figure things out in their relationships. This is because she is talking about is planets that would be transiting the 7th house (for cancer rising). For someone like me, with leo rising, that is my 6th house, so I would still have to make the same or similar decisions but in regards to my day-to-day living, workout routine or everyday job and coworkers. I suppose if I were to listen to her leo forecast, that is what she'd say. If she says anything about "cancers born on such and such date," that means there is a planet transiting that corresponding degree and making an aspect so that would definitely pertain to you born on that day but still in regards to the corresponding house. If you know your rising sign degree (if it is cancer), then it would pertain to you as well.
