Dude, there is a simple way to go about this. Tell him you understand he is very busy and this makes him tired. However this also makes you feel unwanted quite often and for you the way to now this is a very physical and emotional requirement. Tell him that sex is the way through which you feel wanted and needed by him, it's not so much about the physical act itself but how it brings the two of you close together. Then tell him that you have given it a lot of thought and you don't want to pressurize him knowing he is tired and would love to come up with a solution together with him. Once he hears this he will retreat a bit to give it a think and analyze then he will do what needs to be done. If he doesn't do anything then you have your answer whether he is still into you or not. There you go 😉
