Is this really typical male cancer behavior?

I met this really great cancer guy, we got along so well, and had so much in common. I upset him and he said we would talk the next day, but I never heard from him. it's almost been a week. I'm just surprised that he didn't tell me anything mean or hurtful. I only sent him one message, but so far I've just given him his space.

Have you ladies had a cancer guy mad at you but not tell you anything bad, yet they won't respond or contact you?

I miss him already and I hope that someday he can forgive me...

Sadly I lied to him, and I've known him about a month.

I feel so bad because he told me he felt like it was too good to be true, especially that we had just so much in common. So confessed about my lie...

He even said he felt that we were meant to meet.
