Meeting Mom

This is the first time someone has beat me to the parent meeting part.

Unless my mom shows up before Saturday and asks to meet him.

So, any tips on meeting the parents?

Be yourself. Be genuine. 🙂 We don't just introduce anybody to the parents, and the parents know this. 😄.

Even if said friend looks a lot like mom?

His aunt asked if my picture was his mom from years ago. I'd be curious if I heard someone was my spitting image too.

I just don't want to be led on, turned in circles till I become that desperate girl crying "Helllllllllpppppppppp!!1!!" On this same forum.

No, not even then. The picture would have to suffice.

I'm in my thirties. Only two women have met my mom and that's one too many. Bahahaha!! If I go about having you meet her and you refuse, I'll take it personally. But that's me.

Of course, I won't refuse. Something bigger just came up, that's all.
