I don't know. I don't things work that way. Your placements influence each other and work together. I think my Cancer moon/mars keeps my Gem venus from being biggest flirt in the world.

I'm a Cancer sun but have Leo moon and Sag rising. I am not shy at all and have no problems speaking up or striking conversations with strangers at the supermarket, on the street, or at the bar.
