night time picnic

my girl and i are about to hit the 4 year mark. there is a great night sky viewing area within walking distance from the house. i would like to have a picnic under the moon with her. she's sooooo frickin beautiful in the moonlight. i'll have binoculars, music, cameras/tripod, homemade lighting, drinks, booze, and food. i'm stumped on the food. i'm not sure what would work best for a picnic but still wow her. she loves mexican food but her tastebuds are more along the lines of sonic drive inn :vom:
