Oops she did it again

My supervisor cursed at me today after passive aggressively calling me stupid, saying I don't understand retail. To go to the manager a second time would be absurd as they wont get rid of her anyway. Should I just leave? Talking to her doesn't seem to work as when I finally got to say a few words in defense of myself it only made her more upset.

Make sure you write down every single incident (time,date and what was said). Keep it all in book, so you can hand it to HR.

I wish I had documented it early on, I've forgot most of the dates. I will start on it now though.
It seems she has convinced the whole store I am mentally lost. I went in today and she was gossiping about me in the backroom which I always hear I just never say anything. Well him and her leave out and instead of letting me go through he had no manners as to say excuse you.

Then I found myself 3 hours later playing echosmith cool kids lol!

sorry about this. I've been through the same thing. Look for a job now!!! Save half your check every week if possible. As soon as you get your new job locked in and forms signed, I wouldn't even bother with a two week notice. I would go to work one day and just walk out after an hour and a half and be ready to tell her off. Call her an ignorant raging cookiemonster who takes pleasure in talking about you because she's jealous that I have better prospects in life and that retail job isn't the end all and be all job for you but it is for her. Chuck her the deuces and leave or give her a low blow and then leave. your choice.

I wish I could record her doing this shit and post it on YouTube. She'd have to get fired with the public watching to see what happens next.
🙂 oh well. Maybe she takes her job so seriously because she doesn't have shit else in life and knows she never will! Actually, I'm confident this is her problem.

Letter writing can be very effective.
Keep track of every incident. And go to her boss,
If her boss doesn't do anything, go to her bosses boss.

I agree with keeping track of every abuse. It's abuse. PERIOD.

Thanks everyone for all your feedback. I am taking note and keeping fingers crossed for when I go back into work Monday. In the meantime you all definitely helped me not to up and quit my job, but I wont get comfortable there, there is no security in the job alone I must move forward eventually. I will keep record of the actions/remarks made towards me from here on out. You all have been a big help. 🙂
