OK A LITTLE HELP PLEASE!!!!

my cancer male is 35 now and im 29 , hes been watching me since i was 18 years old when i was completely dressing like a tom-boy , baggy clothes and didn't have much interest in dating, he never said much he just did alot of staring and smirking in which i always felt offended like " he's older and very handsome " what the heck he want with me " ....... so later on in life maybe when i was like 27ish he perused me for my telephone number which i gave but at that time he was in a relationship , so it went no were, soo we cross paths again maybe a couple months later and he again asked for my number which again i gave but i was involved soooo again it didn't go anywhere, sooo 2 weeks ago at a basketball game in which he participated in playing in { and i not knowing he was gonna be there } he seen me again and again asked for my number and again in which i gave but this time its been more communication threw text since then with him initiating the text 90% of the time considering i do like too be chased, newho last night around 12a while texting at the last minute he asked too come over and see me for the first time , which i told him hell have too give me a little minute too straighten up / freshing up, he stated "i have to wake up in 4hrs for work and your not ready so GoodNite MISSY I WAS WILLING TOO COME OVER BUT MAYBE NEXT TIME ", so its like he was kind of rushen me which i hate, so i took some time in replying back, i was a shocked {because i wasn't expecting him too ask me too come over } flattered { because hes showing interest } and hurt { because i knew it wasn't going to happen }, so i replied " ok GN , yes maybe next time ", he went on and text " well i still want to come and in the amount of time it'll take you too straighten up ill just be just pulling up " , i didn't reply back because he did already say goodnight, soo the next morning i texted him saying GoodMorning asking him was it truce, he texted back " GM and yes its truce " and also apologizing for delay in texting me back!

sooo my question(s):
Are cancer men with the booty call thang or one night stands or are respectful of themselves and rather build a relationship first??
Now that were both grown(er) will he pursue me after all these years or maybe hes just infatuated with my looks?
Do cancer men like too chase or be chased?
Will he attempt too see me again or hes to sensitive and afraid i may reject him??
