Any Caps ridiculously paranoid and just...sick?

Staring talking to Cap again and I'm learning things about him I never learned when we first starting to spend time together. The person he was last year is a stranger to me in comparison to how he is now. I just recently found out that he has OCD. He has this compulsion of washing his hands constantly (moderate, not severe) and placing napkins between his hand and whatever he lays it on. And he's extremely paranoid. We've had talks about it and he admits to being "sick in the head." I'm enjoying his company more than I ever have before, but I've just realized he's a bit mad and he's fully aware of this. He's strange.

well the cap i am friends with is bi-polar and has ADD, mad genius, totally artistic but very, very difficult to understand and be around when he's on his low spell.

I really dont think signs have anything to do with this stuff I think its more chemical imbalence. He should probably see a doctor. A real one.

Remember you cant change anyone. Most woman think they have the power to change a man then find out years later possibly kids marriage and a house to find that oh Shiet he hasnt changed a bit I think I will get a devorce now. STUPID>>>>>>>

I think the worrying thing is, you say hes "Strange" yet, youre enjoying his company "more than ever before" !!!!!!!
