Can Capricorn & Gemini Work?

I'm a Capricorn (male) that normally goes for Cancers. I love the way they make me feel. However, it never seems to work somehow.

So I've been feeling out a relationship with a Gemini (My ascendant is Gemini). It's bizarre to me. Ok here are the things that I love (or like, just to be safe lol) about my Gemini:

- She knows how to make boundaries with other people. Cancers really have a hard time with that. My Gemini seems to put people in their places when people expect more from her than she thinks they deserve. That it cool and admirable.

- She has repeatedly stated that she doesn't want to change me. Once again, that's a complete 180 from Cancers. Perhaps not being with another Cardinal sign will pay off.

- She's not clingy and gives me space. I don't think this is because she necesssarily wants to be this way, but how refreshing for me. She does make little jabs at people she's a little jealous of, and I think that's cute.

- She's not out to disagree. Cancers and Caps like to be right way too much, and Cancers will never understand that we Caps are right (lol). Of course, my Gemini's constant agreeability makes me wonder if she really agrees or if she's agreeing just to be agreeable. Does that make sense?

- She seems as sexy as a Cancer.

- She seems like someone who will collaborate with me. She isn't as self-interested as the Cancers I've gone for. She might actually encourage me to pursue my artistic tendencies.

Ok, so all that said, and I am no where near knowing whether I really want to be with her or not. Unfortunately I don't feel at this point the passion that I often feel for Cancers. Gemini's are supposedly fairly unemotional, and I'm wondering if that's why I don't feel the passion.

Probably won't know about her astrological profile until Tuesday, but it is cool that she's fine with looking at it.

Will this work? Can it work? That's all I want to know.

Yeah, she's said Tuesday she'll find her birth certificate for me to find out what time. I know her birthday's June 3rd.

I got a report from astrology3d.com that was LARGELY remarkably compatible. I was astounded to see signs I love in her profile. Multiple Cancer and Taurus influences made me extremely happy.

I'm checking the chart.......her Venus is in Cancer, that's probably why you're attracted to her being a Capricorn. And her rising sign is Cancer also. If the Rising sign is compatible with your Sun....it's more then likely a good match.

I'm a gemini with cancer rising and cancer moon and I'll give you some advice from my angle. From my point of view I know I could fall for a cap very easily because they're so inviting and sweet, however the space thing trips me out at first. Not that I need to be with them every second. I just like to have the stimulation of him there more then once or twice a week during the dating process. Oh and if he doesn't call me the analyzing starts. Then I get scared and then I start to close myself off. It seems like mind games to a cap, but it's really me guarding myself because I don't want to get hurt. So as long as you're being honest about your feelings with her and dropping her a line every now and then it'll get much better. So the part about us being fairly unemotional isn't entirely true...we just have a little girl inside of us and she needs to be taken care of too. It's called the gem's ego. 🙂 From what I see in her chart it seems like she may be more romantic than you think. Try and bring it out of her a little. Hope I helped a little.

I'm not much on basing relationships on astrology but if it will help,most of my family are air and earth signs and even though thier not supposed to be compatible they very much are.They tend to hit it off almost immediatly and most of the time think in the same way which always works and keeps the relationships going.Good luck in your relationships.

I definitely think she's got a soft romantic side, and I think it's terrible she's never had anyone do anything romantic for her. She's been great, and I don't avoid her. I feel like it sometimes, just because that's my nature, but so far I've kept communication pretty constant.

We did hit it off immediately, and she does seem to think the same way about things as I do.

When I did our relationship chart it talked about us bringing beauty to the world, and making each other better, so I'm interested to see what happens.
