No. They just have a hard time showing it, especially with the self - critical Virgo Moon.

I feel like I am ignored and irrelevant, but he says he likes me... Ugh. I am so used to Sag Moon that smothered me with attention, calls, texts, etc... this is so opposite.

My bf has a virgo moon. If he takes care of you and does things for you, he likes you. They show it in actions and very seldom in words.
Mine fixes things around my house, cuts my meat up (and his) after he takes it off the grill, makes sure I have a jacket when it's cold, makes sure my car is in good running order, opens doors, etc.

The thing is though, you have to be able to appreciate and acknowledge what he he does do for you. Worse thing can happen to them is if they go out of their way to do something for you and you not even acknowledge it.

Also, I think (I don't know for sure) that one of the most cringe worthy questions you can ask them is "do you love me?" or "tell me you love me". They'll say it when and if they are ready.

He used to text more even when he was doing stuff, now says he is doing stuff and cant text when he is busy. He never calls and I dont want to call.

Honestly, my rule of thumb is if they don't contact, they're not interested.
