Capricorn Boss

This is my first time having a cap boss. He's starting to bug me, always looking me up and down. I do my work, I tried bring nice, mad and not saying anything and being a smart ass. I just can shake him off.. I work with a lot a capricorn people and really like they work under pressure.. Any suggestions?

With no more info it sounds to me your boss is trying to figure you out. How long have you been working with him?

I can understand checking someone out once, but thru out the hole day. Don't get me wrong it's nice to have someone look at you..Been working for him for 6 months. Aqua. Honesty I find him trying to be up in my personal life outside of work. That stuff I like to keep to minimum.

Just to give the benefite of the doubt that he's not sexually oggling you.

I tend to check out people's shoes. You can tell a lot about a person by the kind of shoes they wear.

How do you dress? Are you dressed appropriately for your job? He may be evaluating your professional presentation.

Overdressed? As in better than him.
Underdressed? As in not office appropriate.
Too sexy? Not office appropriate and invites attention.
Too frumpy? You could be more attractive if you dressed in more stylish clothes.
Your own flair? He's just checking out your style.
Trendy? He's checking out your style.
Sloppy? He disapproves and you should try harder.

Just something to consider....

What kind of job do you have? If you don't mind...

Can you ladies elaborate?

I observed people too, and go thru a list like truecap listed. Work for packaging company.

I went to him after work last night and asked why he's always ask me a certain question . All I said what do you want to know about me. He asked me something and I explained a little bit about it and why I do certain things. I watched him while I was saying things. He looked concerned and really wanted to know more about a certain situation like he wanted to help me, but not show he was concerned.
