Figuring out a Capricorn man

Hi everyone,

It's Sagittarius again lol I have a Venus Scorpio so I'm just naturally very suspicious but how can you tell if a Capricorn guy really likes you? When we're apart we don't really text too much, and I think it has a lot to do with he likes his space and I like mine too, but if we do text it can be very brief. So I've read that happens a lot with Caps, they're just not big texters. Anyways, when we're alone he is very sweet. When we're alone, I feel very shy and I freeze - can't talk, can't do anything, completely immobile lol he has to make the first moves for everything ahah

And when we're alone, he tells me how beautiful I am, he kisses me gently, he is always touching me, he asks me a lot of questions. But I feel like he won't go out of his way to ask me out, it's as if he's waiting for me to say I want to go out, but he makes me shy. I don't want to bother him, and he's told me before he doesn't want to bother me. I've read once that Sagi's and Caps can become intimidated by one another and not know what to do, that's how I feel. So my question is do all Cap men treat women this way? And if so, what does it mean? I know it's a stupid question, but he could just be gaming me and my Scorp venus is confused by him lol we're going to go to the Circus this Thursday and it's because I had to build up enough courage to ask him to go... I'm usually not this fearful... but I feel like I'm on high alert lol

Maybe he just doesn't know what you like to do. He won't know unless you tell him. I think he likes you and would probably like some input from you on things you would like to do. Bring up a conversation some time on places you like to visit, places you've never been, places you would like to go to again, places that you want to go you've put off going....

lmao!! Trust me I can be loud and vocal, but I do a lot of talking throughout the day because of my job, so by the time I get home I'm pooped ahah! When it comes to friends I'm very lively, but when it comes to love I'm very choosey. So when I do find someone that I have the potential to like, I am too shy to do anything, which is very odd but it has a lot to do with my Scorpio Venus. I know, I know... I'm not a typical Sagi. I'm very homebody, I'm very chill, and I don't do too much chasing, and I abhor tardiness. But don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed chasing, I used to party a lot, but now that I'm older I just don't see that as a priority. Time is very valuable to me. And that could have a lot to do with my Capricorn Rising, Virgo Moon, etc...

Anyways, sorry for the rant... lols I like your ideas of opening him up more through playfulness, so I will give it a try when I'm not too scared. I don't want to text him all the time though, so I'll try to ask him playful questions when we go out this Thursday to see how he responds. Hopefully I don't get choked up and freeze lol I guess I just want to make sure that he foreal likes me before I start showing or giving him the best of me... I reserve that for those who deserve the warmth of my fire 😉

I think you're asking yourself too much questions, try to go with the flow, and if you can't (fireeee) 😉 Have a tak with him and tell him that you want to text him a little more but you don't know if you're disturbing him if you do(if that is your current problem? 🙂 )

Unless you work with him, he will probably not feel that there's any point to tell you a lot about his day or ask about your work much. He'll text you on things that you've discussed or have in common. When they are with you, you're the task at hand so to speak 🙂 He will be very focused on you. They are quite attentive so I imagine that's how they are with work or whatever it is they are doing at the moment. Us Saggies are quite curious about everything...I don't find Cap men to be that way.

This makes so much more sense 🙂 and it's not like I have a problem with the little talks we do have throughout the week because I work full-time and I go to school full-time, some days I work late, so the texting not a problem; and you're right Saggies are more curious than Caps lol but I haven't explored that part yet about him... I get frozen to ask him anything... for some odd reason he makes me not want to ask him anything and I'm not sure if it's because he makes me nervous or because I feel like we won't relate... just not sure.. I have to observe him more lol

whoa lol listing stages of commitment just frightened me ahah I guess I should be more clear, I just want to know if he likes me ahah and if he's a player that will just make any woman feel special lol I don't want to fall for games... I mean it's only been a little over a month, so I'm not expecting a ring but I definitely want to know if he's just trying to toy with me because I hate to waste time when I could be dating somebody who's not gonna mess with me emotionally... but I love your advice, it shows me what to look forward to... or what may happen... it made me scared though ahah

Joanie: ahh yes...observing my Cap is so much fun and very interesting 🙂 My Aqua Rising wants me to study him in a scientific way. I'm sort of the opposite of you though, I will ask him everything. Cap men are usually guarded, so maybe that's why you feel nervous? They're not naturally open like Saggies. Do you know his rising and moon signs?

I see...a good rule of thumb imo is if he moves the relationship forward somehow. However, I think the only way to tell if you're one of many or the one is if he has "the talk" with you to be exclusive.

At first I thought..what the heck, I can take care of myself, then I realized it probably means something else to him.

I really think this whole thread has settled my worries so I'll just learn to be more open with him and see where that gets me. He hasn't given me a reason to think I was just another woman, but then again you never know. The best lies are hidden behind a pretty smile lol and I have a Cap rising so taking it slow is okay, it's the Scorpio Venus and the Virgo Moon that makes me suspicious and worry a lot... and then it makes it twice as difficult to express and understand it... thus the reason I take to the threads 🙂

Unfortunately I don't, I haven't gotten that far with him yet. I'm seeing now that he's probably reacting to my reaction to him. I don't ask him questions, I keep my distance, and I'm gaurded, and I know he's been trying but it's always hard for me to determine if someone is being serious or not. And expressing my concerns is hard, that is why I take to the threads lol so after talking and reflecting about this, I'm probably the one to blame for being so guarded. He on the other hand, now that I look at it, has been trying to be open with me lol poor guy... now I feel horrible ahah I will attempt to be more open when I see him this Thursday... I'll try it out to see if he starts to act differently... maybe his attempts have fallen on my deaf ears lol

The big advantage as you are a Sag is your sense of humour, please USE IT ! If he sees your maturity and that you are AMBITIOUS then he will be more interested, generally Caps love talking about work and their carrer so you can ask him some tips to improuve your or give HIM tips to improve HIS, he'll see that you are serious reliable and will feel encouraged. Even if caps are confident, they sometimes have doubts about how clim social scales etc.. And Sag are, to me naturally good at it. You hav all chances to build a good Relationship with him, of course it won't happen overnight but I am optimistic that if you go with the flow and prove him that you have his back, it can be beneficial for both of you 😉

AND PLEASE PLEASE with earth signs, don't forget that PATIENCE is KEY for us. I know that with fiery signs it's all about passion ect but when relationships are build with solidity you will discover the beast that is inside us; full of devotion, sex, attentions ..

If there is anything that is fully Saggie about me is that I have little patience lol yes, I would love to have it more passionate but I do understand that he's an earth sign and requires more patience than passion. He's not exactly the most interesting person I met but he seems stable so I'll stick around for a little while longer to see where he's at...
