I (a gemini) noticed this with both my cap friend and boyfriend. They both seemed pretty standoffish yet warm in the beginning of our relationship. Then, a few months later they'll get me to my wit's end and I'll confront them on how something they did I couldn't take anymore. I would be to the point of basically wanting to end the relationship and all of a sudden my friend would want me to be her maid of honor and he want to be exclusive? HUH—

My boyfriend is a Cap. He has what I call "tunnel vision", but at the beginning of our relationship I thought it was him being distant. He gets his mind wrapped around something (work, project, etc) and loses focus on other things. I had to talk with him about this to make sure he understood how I felt and to understand what he was doing.

Caps are very head strong. If you don't earn your spot they will trample you and keep moving. You have to speak up immediately when something is off. Stand up and say what you have to say. They respect that. No whining allowed.

Amen. As a Libra with a Capricorn myself, this post is eerily reflective of what I've learned.

The good news is, provided you speak up for yourself in a timely & rational fashion(rather than waiting until the point of frustration)they're likely to be receptive to this--not resistant & defensive.
