How would you know if a Cap misses you?

I miss my Cap sooooo muuuch! But I can't tell him, since the last time I told him, he just replied with a simple and slightly cold "I love and miss you too."
He texted me out of nowhere once that he misses me so much, if so, why can't he just ask me out and meet me personally if he really does miss me?

A bit info: He is now my "Ex", he broke up with me yet he still told me he loves me.

I bet he loves you. As picky as a Cap is, and the time it takes to develop anything, once its developed feelings are naturally there I think.
Its a difference between love over a person youve grown to know and become familiar with, and being IN love. I definitely think he loves you, but Im not sure on the IN love part, and I think you are expecting him to act like he is in love.

Uhh sorry but do you mind elaborating the difference between "I love him" and "I'm IN love with him".

Im not even sure this is the case here, but I think if you are in love that necessity to be around or there is present. Its more of a "the one" type of thing you feel for that person. Do you feel he is "the one" for you and vice versa?

I dont think you can force that. You two already did the relationship thing, and it didnt work, so why go back? What could be discovered this time that wasnt the first?

I think its good he is keeping you in his life, and you are keeping him in yours. Id just cut the hope of wanting something more, and work on what it is, which is a friendship as of now. He broke up, so give him a break of all things outside of a friendship(I love yous etc). Let him figure out clearly if the friendship is what he wants.

You are definitely right Inana. I was the immature person destroying the relationship. I really want us to get back so that I can change and treat him right.
I'm still hoping that we can go back because of what he keeps telling me in the past: "The whole point of a relationship is to make it work." I disagree with the "whole point" word. LOL
It's a factor and it's big.
I still really love him though. And yeah, I am giving him his space and break outside of our relationship. 🙂

He messaged me again a while ago out of nowhere. Casual conversation. Told me he missed me again haha.
And told me not to date other people on the 14th. LOL!

Is this particular cap weird? Or is it in their nature? LOL
