Trying to understand Capricorn behaviors

Hi Capricorns!

I want to know what you think of their story and why you think Zayn did what he did. Personally, I am only aware of the followimg information:

- Zayn is a Capricorn male, Perrie is a Cancer female and Gigi is a Taurus female.

- Zayn pursued Perrie and asked her out 4 to 5 times. At first she refused because she wanted to focus on her work but later they ended up getting into a relationship.

- After a few years of dating, Zayn proposed to Perrie.

- Their engagement lasted a year afterwhich Zayn supposedly dumped Perrie over a text message.

- Not long after, Zayn started dating Gigi.

- Ive seen videos where Perrie was crying during her performances but she’s never commented negatively nor publicly on Zayn’s behavior apart from the fact that he broke up with her over text.

For some reason Zayn’s behavior has always bothered me because he seemed genuinely interested in Perrie. The fact that he pursued her so many times, took her to meet his family during Eid festivals.. he just seemed so happy in his relationship. I’m so confused by his behavior. Did Perrie do something wrong that Zayn did this? If you loved someone this much at some point.. even if its not working out at the moment.. shouldn't you atleast give her some closure and just be humane? Do Capricorns do something like this when their hurt by their loved ones? Or did he find Gigi at a fashion show and got so encapsulated by her that he forgot all about Perrie and chased after Gigi since she seemed to be a better match for him? Ugh.

Zayn thought he was following the right rules in life: date fall in love get engaged etc.

After putting in so much effort w Pierre , he thought the relationship would be better but it wasn't. He thought more commitment aka engagement would fix that but it didn't. He then met Gigi who had the things that were missing from his relationship. so he was quick to recognize the problem was that Pierre was not a good fit for him.

Caps are not communicative and hate drama so he took the easy way out. He probably thought all along that pierre did not put in as much effort and did not care as much as him about the relationship hence zayn thinks she deserved that quick good bye. He does feel horrible about but ultimately thinks Pierre will be okay and he can make Gigi actually happy.

I wonder how much Pierre was into the relationship and what their day to day was and also number of arguments. men find it harder to leave comfy a d happy relationships than women.
