What era would you most like to be in?

What era would you like to be in?Like 50's.60's..so on.Me, I would looove to live in the late 1800's or early 1900's when you'd build your own homes and grow your own food and everything wasnt so complicated in certain ways. Things were expected and boring and natural. You worked your fields for food and built your own house, and did everything for yourself and family instead of a company. You'd fend for yours and just survive. That would be nice. What time frame would you be in and why?

THE ONLY ERA THAT I WOULD HAVE WANTED TO LIVE IN WOULD HAVE BEEN THE LATE 60'S EARLY 70'S. I AM A BLACK FEMALE AND ANY OTHER TIME WOULD HAVE DROVE ME CRAZY. ANYTHING BEFORE THE 80'S FOR BLACK PEOPLE WAS JUST TOO MUCH OF A STRUGGLE. WE STILL HAVE NOT GAINED OUR FULL RESPECT.

I heard that! I think I like being right here and right now! Everything has already been invented and we are able to enjoy it all! Alot of the struggles went before us and we are very fortunate. I do think it would have been nice to explore the unknown and to commune with nature and the Native Americans. But as far as the struggle my friend before me was talking about, I would be right there walking beside you!!!!! I will never forget the ones that went before me and changed things for us like Martin Luther King. My hero!!!

yes, but to go back in time maybe you could have helped changed things. It was a terrible time in that aspect,I didnt think of that situation.I would still like to live back then , but I DEFINETLY would not have bought any slaves!!
