i think this book is what i was using. i got rid of all my astrology and tarot books a while back because i was trying to become more religious but i'm sure by my presence on dxp you've seen that failed. lol

it's like $ 17 on amazon but has really great descriptions. it's a book i'll buy again eventually.

This as been proven true time and again. I find I am happier when I do for others. When I am in a really bad place mentallty, if i take me out of myself and focus on another, it removes that self pity and unhappiness. Not sure i am explaining it very well. Maybe this relates better- I'm in recovery, and it's about unity, service and recovery. Part of service is sharing past experiences and hopes, etc. The more i do this, the less focused on self one becomes. If one part of that triangle is out of wack, it effects everything.
