The paradox of my desires (Venus and Mars)

Venus in Water, Mars in Fire (Romantic Water, Fiery Desires): You are romantic and sometimes quite unrealistic when it comes to matters of the heart, regardless of how practical you may be in other areas of life. I am Scorp Venus and Sag Mars! I have such conflicting views on what I want romantically. I want commitment but I also want freedom. It's like push and pull. When people are too forward with their emotions I kind of evade them for awhile until I feel like I can come back without them coming onto me again, and then I tend to attract mainly air venus/mars combo or fire venus/mars combos which do not tend to like commitment in my experience, so it is a very troublesome ride.

My mars sq. saturn makes it even more difficult as I tend to attract cruel men into my life. I am attracted to them and them to me. They typically have those venus/mars combos and can be quite destructive. not physically but verbally.
