Help with chart interpretation please!

Hi! Could someone please help me with my birth chart, please?
Having way too much thoughts running at the same time and difficulties making decisions lately. I also find it very difficult to really trust people completely and therefore I'm way too afraid to fall in love. Could it be something on my chart?

Thank you for answering! Yes, as much as I would like to deny it I do tend to be stingy with money, especially when other people try to tell me what to do with it. About the ocd thing never been diagnosed, but I do feel ?_ have some ocd tendencies at the very least: constantly washing hands, pushing doors with my elbow, turning door handles with sleeves covering my hands, can't really feel stress free if I don't have things around me organized.

I also get bored pretty quickly and my attention span isn't really all that long, whenever I'm doing something I often find myself taking breaks every 20 minutes, even if it's something I enjoy doing. Probably influence from Mars in Gemini?

actually that's normal. No one wants anyone to tell them what to do with their money.

people just don't go around giving $ $ , you'd be broke all the time and starve.

i'm earthy and i have ocd tendancies at times, with cleanliness. but i'm really messy. clean but messy.
