I’ve made roast and veg, corned beef and cabbage... pork... ham... big fan.

Also great for rice, making your own broth, cooking dried beans (without soaking!) and whole winter squash... you name it.

Oh! Also, also? You can buy an air fryer lid for it, so you don’t need an entire new, bulky appliance.

So it dosent take hours to boil hard ass beans?

I've never even thought about make my own broth 🤔

I like very tender meats. Can I achieve this?

You're doing such a great job selling that I just went ahead & purchased. Dont let me down chef capricorn.

I save all my veg scraps in the freezer, until I have a giant ziplock worth. Some water and spices and *BAM* homemade broth. Went vegan this year, but before that, I’d put a chicken carcass in there too. Super handy to always have broth on hand.

Never had a problem with tough meats. The flavor’s better than a slow cooker too. To me, everything that comes out of a slow cooker kinda tastes the same. And it’s cooked to death. With the pressure cooker, you can buy extra seals for your lid, and I do recommend that. Otherwise, the ring starts to take on the smell/taste of your food and transfers that to whatever you’re cooking (kinda like the slow cooker). But they’re really cheap and, if you do that, the flavors and freshness stay on point.

And yes, the beans turn out much better (especially seasoned with your new, homemade broth 😁). Haven’t bought canned beans in ages.

Ninja foodi pressure cooker is better and faster. Its also an air fryer. You can bake a cake in it too.

And Ninja purchases almost always come with a discount for more of their products. I bought their blender/food processor/spiralizer/smoothie maker combo and couldn’t be happier. Between that, the pressure cooker and my KitchenAid stand mixer (that pasta attachment, yo) there’s nothing I can’t make from scratch.
