No. I let myself eat what i wants.

I generally make healthy choices. Just how I have always liked to eat.

I'm allergic to crab though and kiwi.

So I avoid those things

But doesnt affect my overall eating.

Not out of choice...I’d like to eat everything but my body reacts badly to gluten and wheat, sugar and dairy, so I try stay away from them

😔

Hey I remember you told me wheat was bad. I started getting crazy pimples on my face for the past 5 months and you were right. I stopped eating pastas and bread and my skin cleared up.

Gluten free products are more expensive. So sad. But at least I got clear skin now hehe.

Thanks 🙏

Allergies, food you think is gross, religious reason, conspiracy?

Absolutely!

Since I discover I can do 5min survey and get free sandwich - I am getting them every day but I eat only one. Otherwise it would be gluttony!

I don't drink alcohol. It makes me sick. Ditto anything deep fried. I don't eat red meat by choice, not necessity. Mostly my diet is veggies, fruit and poultry and it works well for me. I don't use table sugar - ever because sugar destroys your cells and makes you age faster. It can also give you type II diabetes. Compared to some, I think my diet is a pretty healthy one.

I try to do a bit of research on the food I really like. In a sense nothing coming from the store is 100% safe, but some stuff is processed and preserved much worse then others.

Tilapia fish is a perfect example of this. I really enjoyed eating it, and found it to be really cheap and easy to cook. I found out pretty much all tilapia come from fish farms, and the food pellets they have to feed them due to their specific diet is extreamly dangerous to humans.

I have no allergies as far as I know and I eat pretty much everything. I eat meat only a few times a week and I try to limit it to seafood. I don't like the idea of animals in captivity or of them being born and raised solely for their flesh. I used to not have any limits on fish, but then I read about things like people being trafficked to work on illegal fishing trawlers and then I also thought about how humans are overfishing to the point that other predators like whales have limited food supply now....

I also have osteopenia (bone thinning) since I was 20 so yeah, not the best diet or life style . Still chugging at least 2 coffees a day 😆

As for religious reasons, its not personal but a lot of my family are buddhists so I've never developed the habit or taste for cow meat. Tried some steak a couple times (can't beat it till you've tried it!) but it was just blergh.

No dietary restrictions, except for when I want to lose a stone, like now. Then I do a 3 weeks diet of 400 Kcal/day (from 1l of soy milk). Last one was 4 yrs ago and went quite well, but mainly because I was going through a heartbreak, which made me lose appetite anyway.

I have sympathy for anyone permanently restricting their diet to a handful of products because of their health issues. However, the only two people I know to be doing that, have no heaths issues whatsoever, but are high in Narcissism: my mother and my Gem ex. Because of this, I tend to associate being skinny/ anorexic/fuzzy eater with having Narcissistic traits, at least until proven wrong....

Yes, I'm not eating no red meat it's disgusting. I hate the feeling of being lethargic after eating all that. I noticed it just makes me lazy and sluggish and I don't like the feeling.

It takes a long time to digest unlike chicken and fish

I don't eat it either.

Truthfully I'm working on winging myself off of chicken as well but baked chicken, grilled chicken, bbq chicken and curry chicken have been a weakness.

I just usually buy chicken fillets or breasts and bake them in the oven with a little olive oil...i cook four or five different veg and potatoes with them, so not too unhealthy...

All seafood break me out and give me cystic acne (sucks so much since I used to LOVE shrimp and fish)

I haven’t drank soda since high school, that stuff is nasty and I've become sensitive to sweet things due to it

I don't drink alcohol and don't understand how others do because it's yucky

I genuinely love explicitly drinking water, I'm so thankful it tastes so good and satisfying to me

Oh I also love fresh coconut water directly from coconuts, I become a crack addict for them

I had a heartbreak and It jump started an unintentional diet because I wasnt eating. I started couch to 5 K and it makes me happy to be working on myself. I calorie count using myfitnesspal. Every run I burn about 300 calories and the other day I ate about a whole bag of halloween candy. I felt sick from all the sugar , and guilty and hated myself for working so hard to burn off calories and let the hard work go away with some subpar candy.

I still have a hard time with chocolate but the next time I crave I will try to remember the unhappiness I feel after eating it.

Yes, I am currently heavily restricting my diet ... because I need that break up comeback body goal . I weight out every gram of food and Im avoid processed sugar.
