Astral Plane/Astral Projection

Do any of you believe in Astral Plane? Do we really travel out of our body while we dream into another world or dimension?
It is amazing how this thing could happen and that is why our dreams seems so real. One day I was dreaming and everything seemed so vivid to me... the people, words I say and hear and even emotions. I know that the universe is full of energy and so are we. I think it is our energy that goes to the astral plane and we can also pull someone's energy into that same dream or astral plane.
Anybody have more knowledge of this, I would like to learn and discuss more.
