Psychic Dream Spying

What can you tell me about this?

Apparently I've been unintentionally doing this with my last 3 exes..where I have "visited them" in my dreams(one I'm still visiting)...It is an awful thing to do and I don't know why it is happening...

Does anyone know how to make it stop—

And YES I'm aware of how crazy all this sounds.

No I'm observing their LIFE!
I honestly don't wanna see any of it...

In the dream they can't see me and they just going about their business doing what their doing...or their simply just having conversations with other people.

is more like their concience is hunting them, you had nothing to do... or maybe you can research on attachment cords, i've read that when people have a sort of connection or interaction, we create attachment cords, which could be good or bad... and thats hows even after the relationship is over sometimes those cords are still there draining your energy or the other person's energy... not on purpose is unclose business... could be that the reason "they see you in their dreams" is good for both to cut those cords, but I've read is hard, and should be done with careful.

The one I am currently "visiting" YES! strong feelings....but that doesn't mean I want to be invading their privacy like this!

The other 2 back when I used to see a glimpse of their life I had still had feelings for each of them too....then eventually they stopped.I guessed when the feelings I had for them left me....but ain't that some shit though?

FWP, these dreams to me would not only reveal to me my ex BUT would also show my ex, his partner or their
family...I don't wanna see all that!

I feel like I'm still "connected"to him on some level and this is why this is happening...

I remember when I temporarily moved out of the city where we both was living for a little while....I would feel his presence sooooooooo strong at nights before I close my eyes to sleep and I REFUSED to pick up my phone and call him....until....HE called me and I was like no wonder I've been feeling you so strongly, you want to communicate...but whatever! Sensing their presence is one thing, but completely dreaming about their life is another....shit is reallllllllll got me feelin Isrealean (Kanye lyrics).

I have been researching on line about chords and attachments and how to cut them but I don't know if such things would work...I would like to know how to cut it myself instead of going to someone and have them cut it for me but I don't know if I would doing it right...

take on this situation is more from personal experience, rather than what I've heard or read.

I would hazard a guess that you are quite sensitive to ppl's moods and emotions and when you love you do it deeply.
When a relationship that you've experienced deeply strong emotions ends you find it hard to let go. It's that emotional attachment that draws you to them in your dreams. Almost like an out of body experience or astral projection if you like.

My suggestion, in trying to control or stop these experiences is to confront your own emotions and work on why you still feel emotionally linked to said person. It's almost like you're subconsciously torturing yourself by taking a peek into their life without you and seeing that they are happy

It's not easy I know but most of the time an ex is an ex for a very good reason. Remember that reason and use it to your own advantage.
