are your dreams b&w or colors?

What Your Dream Colors Reveal About You

Dreams in color or black and white can reflect different aspects of your mind and emotions. Dreaming in color is often linked to vivid memories and emotional experiences, while black and white dreams may suggest a more detached or simplified perception. These differences can be influenced by brain activity and personal experiences.

I always dream in colors.. in fact, have never dreamt in b&w.. but I've heard my friends often dream in b&w..

what about you?

and what makes this difference? - why some dream in colors whilst others in b&w? - is there any meaning? - what about our brains have something to do with this phenomenon?

Colors and 3D in my dreams.

Dreams are a way for the brain to sort out external stimuli that do not fit into the patterns with which we're familiar. Those pieces get sorted into the everyday experience in dreams-part of the way people learn.
Those outliers always find their place, IMHO.

I see colours in my dreams, yes. Sometimes, particular dream is "marked" by a certain colour like for example: in one dream red objects were accentuated (red hair of my friend (I know it is her not by seeing the whole her but her hair), red apples falling on white stone, bowl of red tomato soup...there was some more red objects that I can't recall now)

Sometimes in a certain period specific colour is showing up in my dreams. In one point of my life (something like 3 months) many variations of blue were constantly showing up in my dreams - blue shirt, blue tree, blue butterfly, blue face..etc.

Also, not related to colours but has to do with repetition of things in dreams, like numbers. I had a dream where everything was in a sigh of nuber 3. I saw 3 whitches, 3 cats, 3 mouse, 3 birds, when I looked at clock it showed 3. Happened to you?

Interesting anyhow...

I always dream in colour. I've also heard that you can't read in dreams, you can look at something and understand what it says but it won't have letters. I've managed once to have a lucid dream by recognising this but I usually just wake up.
