Dream of pregnancy

Son in had this dream last.night of I being pregnant . And it was a kind of pain in my stomach that I can feel in the dream. I had this reason in my mind that this baby is of me and my ex . And when he came to know this he didn't reacted much but he kinda started taking care of me.


Does anyone knows what does that mean? Please note that I am right now in great emotional stress. So I hope this will.help interpretating my dream
