Posted by IcryOne question: Do you have sleep apnea? I do. I used to remember my dreams, but as I got older I couldn't remember them either. Now I have to wear my C Pap mask and my dreams are coming back to me. Believe it or not EVEN with the mask on I STILL have restless nights (I gave up caffeine) and I don't eat before I sleep; it's just me.
Back then, I remember my dreams so clearly. They were so vivid and they have a plot like a movie.
Nowadays I'm too busy to remember my dreams. I wake up and just go to work.
I also noticed that I was less imaginative like I used to. Ideas would come more slowly than before and I don't seem motivated to do creative work.
I was reminded to look into my dreams as they have meaning in them. They might inspire me to create art again.

Posted by IcryNope! I had a feeling it wasn't. Your dreams will come back (I promise!) as well as your sixth sense, AND deja vu! Let alone your brain can FINALLY think, relax, and send the REMs to your body so you have a relaxing night, dream, wake up, AND remember the dream you had the night before. Please see a sleep clinic in your area. I have used my C-pap mask for over eight months now.
@EvatheDiva - I guess my sleeping schedule isn't ok at all.
@nando2002 - Thanks 🙂
