sleep paralasis/ghosts in dreams

Hi i constantly have dreams i wake up but i can't wake up my body. i try to scream and move to wake myself up but cant. Im freaked out that one day i wont be able to wake up.
I also dream of people trying to drag me out of my bed and i have to tell them to leave me alone. There is sometimes a girl or a man at the end of the bed.
I also dream i can see everything in my room as if i was awake but there are things that shouldnt be there.

The last dream i had like this was an onld ghostly woman under my house with my baby. i had to tell her to leave us alone, since then i havent dreamt about it, that was a few weeks.

I started having these dreams when i was young and they come and go depending on where i live. Its like i can dream about the spirits in the houses i am in.
Very disturbing!!!
Am i going crazy—

I forgot to mention.
I also have normal regular dreaming like everyone else. These dreams are very different and very real, i usually wake screaming, crying absoloutly petrified!!! they sound similar to night terrors.
